Eternal Vigilance

The Home School Legal Defense Association has notified the public that some are planning to amend the Constitution to make public schooling a federally protected "right." If such an amendment were passed, home schools would necessarily be outlawed. Do I think this amendment will pass? No, but that doesn't mean we need to be apathetic about it.
